Children Of Bodom – Trashed, Lost and Strungout | GUITAR COVER

Well hello there. It’s been quite a bit.

Let’s just say I’ve been preoccupied these last number of months. Moving sucks. It’s taken a bit longer than I hoped to get back into the regular swing of things, but we’re almost there.

I may have also found my way into The Black Lodge, and quite frankly it’s a pretty decent place to do some recordings. Acoustically a little weird, so the mixes might be off for a bit until I can either figure out a virtual listening environment, or just figure out which of these curtains leads to a better space.

In all seriousness though, I was not prepared for the loss of David Lynch this year. That was pretty rough, and I’m sure more than a few people are also mourning his loss.

Anyways,  we’re just gonna jump right into it. Here’s a cover of Trashed, Lost and Strungout by Children of Bodom. A song I’ve been meaning to learn for a very long time. Something like, 15 years now I guess.

Over the next few weeks/months I’m likely to do some work on the website, update a few things, maybe a new layout if I can find something that works well. I’ve actually been learning some more of the back-end of web development stuff over the last year. Haven’t done much in the last couple months but I have some ideas I’d like to explore sometime. Couple little experiments with integrated music players, maybe some multi-track functionality. Just been struggling to find the inspiration to follow through on some things. Hopefully that’ll be coming back soon now that we’re back in the studio.

As always, if you dig the video then head over to the YouTube Channel and subscribe if you haven’t already.
