Protagonizar (June 2015)

It’s been a while since I’ve made a video of sorts, so last weekend I sat down and wrote this little tune. It was all pretty much improvised, just recorded a run, and using that take constructed the song around it. I’m gonna try and make more of these more often, as I’m gonna find more free time on my hands. I’ll be dedicating more time in general to the creation of music, whether it be solo or producing others.

Bringing up the solo music, things have been moving along in terms of work on the albums. Almost all the songs have been picked and placed, now comes the rerecording and mixing of a few tunes, such as Architects of Enigma and The Greater Good. These songs were once all completed and mixed, but due to a hard drive failure, all the original tracks have been lost. So I’ve just decided to make them better instead.

I don’t want to spend too much time talking here, so I’m gonna try and wrap this up quick. Essentially, I’ve got more time to dedicate to music, and as such you’re gonna start seeing more music. I’ve got a few albums on the way, and as long as focus is maintained, they will be out in the coming months. In the meantime, enjoy the song above and check out the others on the site!
